1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or paying for a 4-Square subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your business. Each registration requires a valid Indian PAN; the same PAN cannot register more than once. You're responsible for keeping your Company ID, username, and password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & payment

Free trial: 3 months full access, no card required.
Packs: 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months, priced in INR. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change for future cycles with notice.
Payment: Processed via PayU. We don't store card details.
GST: Applicable Indian GST is added to every paid invoice.
Reactivation: Suspended accounts can restart for ₹250 + a chosen pack.
Devices: 2 included; ₹100/month per additional device.

4. No-refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This is shown before every payment. We offer a 3-month free trial precisely so you can fully evaluate the service before paying. By proceeding to payment you waive any right to refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use 4-Square for any illegal activity, including tax evasion or fraud
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass authentication
Resell access without written permission
Upload malware, infringing content, or attempt to harm other users
Spam your customers via the WhatsApp / SMS / email features

6. Your data

Your data is yours. You can export all of it at any time (CSV/PDF). We back it up daily (system-wide) and weekly (per company). We never sell your data, never train AI models on it, and only access it when you ask us to (e.g. support).

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment after the grace period. Suspended accounts retain data; reactivation is available on payment. We may terminate severely abusive accounts; we'll provide a data export window before final deletion where lawfully required.

8. Liability

4-Square is provided "as is." While we work hard on uptime (99.9% target), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be emailed to you with 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
